A Syrian Kitchen, Rooted in Marikina

Shawarma Ko started with a simple rule: no shortcuts. We brought genuine Syrian spices, heirloom family marinades, and traditional roasting straight to the streets of Marikina — the same way it is done back home in Syria.

Every spit of beef and chicken is hand-stacked, marinated overnight in a guarded recipe our family has protected for generations, and slow-roasted until richly caramelized. Topped with our house-made toum, hummus, and yogurt sauces whipped fresh daily.
